Caddy Kombi Sport VAT

A question we are asked a lot is about VAT and Caddy Kombis

Being very technical
A Caddy Kombi, although it is a van and although historically for reclaiming VAT there has never been an issue.
However
Since the payload is less than a 1000 KG
Logbook will say PLG not van
Technically you are not entitled to a VAT refund on this product
Whilst it is not an issue at present time who knows in several years time if this will be a problem if the VAT people get tougher.

VW Transporter Kombi Sport 140 Ride N Drive

Many thanks to VW UK who are loaning us a Transporter Kombi 140 PS for us to take pictures of and for you to test drive.
Generally most of our vehicles are located in Sheerness in Kent, or Stratford Upon Avon, where they are PDi’d, extras fitted and shipped straight to you the customer. This process has been in place for over 4 years and significantly reduces delivery time, and improves quality, since very rarely does a VW get damaged or a PDI go wrong.

The Vehicle will be with us from From the 25Th of February and with us for two weeks
You are welcome to pop in to see it or drive it.

The reason we have it is that we have close to 100 VW Transporter Kombi vans ready for delivery over March 2011. We think March 2011 will set a New Record for the VW Transporter Kombi van.
